Commissary shopping privileges for Veterans

The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) has been hard at work spreading the news to Veterans about their ability to shop at commissaries.

Many Veterans are eligible to shop at Defense commissaries worldwide, including Veterans with any service-connected disability, Purple Heart recipients, former prisoners of war and caregivers of eligible Veterans.
