Jessica Allen – Intake SupervisorNorth RegionJessica has been with Mid-Cities since December 2010. Originally brought in as a temporary, she quickly joined the Mid-Cities VA Team full time as a Fax Processor, later becoming the Setup Clerk and then Intake Supervisor. Jessica has been called a “Silent Ninja” when it comes to patient care, doings whatever it takes to take care of the patient’s needs even when it’s not always her job. |

Derrick Scott Sr. – Waco Branch ManagerCentral Region (Waco & Austin)Derrick has been with Mid-Cities since March 2009, transitioning to us from another VA Contractor. Originally hired as a Technician, Derrick dedicated himself to outstanding patient care, later being promoted to Lead Driver and recently to Waco Branch Manager. Staff members have stated, “Derrick has the perfect attitude and has really turned the Waco Office around for the better. He’s serious about his job and makes sure our veterans are the highest priority.” |
