Sendy Serrano – Assistant/Receptionist

North Region

Sendy has been with Mid-Cities since August 2018, assisting all departments at the Grand Prairie location and helping with inbound calls from the VA patients. Her co-workers recognize that Sendy’s actions encourage her to improve on her own World-Class Customer Care by “helping even when I feel like I don’t have the time. To make sure that others know that I am there for them and will help whenever I am needed.”


Angel Salas

Angel Salas – Waco Driver Technician

Central Region (Waco & Austin)

Angel has been with Mid-Cities since October 2018. A motivated individual whose actions show he’s striving for a World-Class Customer Service Care, Angel has recieved multiple compliments from the patients he services: “We really like him.” “We look forward to him coming each month.” “Angel does a good job, knows what he’s doing, and you can tell he really cares.” Angel’s co-workers also acknowledge his outstanding care, expressing that “he’s very professional and attentive with his patients, and we know that he cares about his job and his patients.”


Ernest Dominguez

Ernest Dominguez – San Antonio VA Service Manager of Field Operations & Logistics

South Region (San Antonio & Mercedes)

Ernest has been with Mid-Cities since March 2009 and was recently promoted from the San Antonio Branch Manager to the VA Service Manager of Field Operations & Logistics. Upon his promotion, Mid-Cites’ CEO, Mr. Tracy Reep, made an organization-wide annoucement saying that “Ernest began to make a positive impression on me and my business partners as being a smart, hardworking, dependable no-nonsense member of the San Antonio Branch team. His passion for providing World Class Customer Service was his trademark as a driver/technician, and after the sudden and unfortunate passing of our San Antonio Branch manager, Ernest was promoted to take over the helm. Immediately, he began to exceed our expectations as well as the expectations of his fellow branch teammates.” Ernest’s peers share Tracy’s sentiments, saying “He’s always a step ahead on moving the company forward, continually ready for the next move, supportive of his employees and encouraging when needed.”
