Upon his promotion, Mid-Cites’ CEO, Mr. Tracy Reep, made an organization-wide annoucement saying that “Ernest began to make a positive impression on me and my business partners as being a smart, hardworking, dependable no-nonsense member of the San Antonio Branch team.
