With summer officially arriving, it’s time to get outside and get those “feel-good” endorphins and there are many safe ways to stay active, maintain readiness, and enjoy the outdoors.
For example, doing things that may be different than what you do in the winter, like going biking, paddleboarding, swimming, and hiking are good ways to get outside in nature in the summer. As long as you’re being safe, you can’t beat the benefits.
