It is an honor to praise the efforts of my service technician. He is very knowledgeable, conversational and efficient, understanding his job thoroughly as he displays this when skillfully applying this during his visits. I can only hope Mid-Cities Medical shares my opinion and treats him accordingly.

Just wanted you to know you have the most fantastically friendly, kind employees who are such a big help in getting what I needed. My delivery driver is also very kind and nice. They’re just a joy to deal with and I hope the you keep them forever. It’s great knowing when you call someone they treat you with respect and honor.
