Who is Mid-Cities Medical?

Mid-Cities Medical is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, specializing in servicing the home medical needs of our Veterans through government approved lines of Durable Medical Equipment, Portable and Stationary Oxygen Concentrator and Ventilator services.

With a commitment to excellence, Mid-Cities Medical has been continuously contracted with the Veterans Administration for 37+ consecutive years, and will continue executing the service orders provided by our government partners with professionalism, precision, timeliness, and dedication.

Our Mission

Our Mission is simple. We will do whatever is needed to serve our Veteran patients, their Caregivers, and our VA Customers. Our only business is the delivery of “World-Class Customer Service” and equipment to every Customer every time.

Mid-Cities Medical is a Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) Certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business supplier of oxygen and ventilation services to our nation’s heroes for use in their homes, including portable and stationary oxygen concentrators.

For the last 15+ years, Mid-Cities Medical has been the Prime Contractor of the Home Oxygen Contract for VISN 17: VA Heart of Texas Health Care Network (Texas) and VISN 22: Desert Pacific Healthcare Network (Arizona & California), delivering Department of Veteran Affairs issued oxygen and respiratory services for use in Veterans’ homes.

Tracy Reep is currently the President and majority owner of a CVE verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business named Mid-Cities Home Medical Delivery Service, LLC (DUNS: 362261832). His business provides oxygen and ventilation services to over 10,000 of our nation’s heroes for use in their homes, including portable and stationary oxygen concentrators.

Mid-Cities Medical is a prime contractor for the Department of Veterans Affairs Veteran Integrated Service Network 17 (VISN 17) since 2009, VISN 22 (California) since 2022, and VISN 22 (Arizona) since 2023.
