VA News – Due to the rise of Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) scams, VA wants to ensure Veterans are appropriately equipped with the information they need to submit DBQs successfully.
VA wants Veterans to be aware of individuals and companies marketing the service of completing DBQs. When a Veteran uses for-profit DBQ companies, the fees may be costly.
To ensure claimants have access to responsible and qualified representation on their VA benefits claims, accredited Veterans Service Organizations (VSO), attorneys, and agents are available to help file a claim.
