I was surprised to be contacted so soon after my V.A. appointment, and was home less than 2hrs. before receiving a call from Mid-Cities Medical. After a couple of questions, I was told that a technician would be contacting me shortly. My technician called soon after and was at our home within the hour.
He was so organized and professional, patiently setting up the equipment and tutoring me along the way. Though I had no knowledge of oxygen therapy nor the equipment before his visit, when the technician left I felt very comfortable with the operation of the equipment and solutions in case of problems.

Our technician brought and set up all the equipment in the house, putting the tank together so I could get my husband home from the hospital. He was very kind and courteous, seeing he had to bring a very large tank into the house on a dolly when I was away, making sure he didn’t damage anything.

My dad’s technician came out to our home to get his new concentrator set up and deliver new tanks. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful in answering all of our questions, conducting himself in a professional manner with the highest standards of customer service. I am very grateful to our technician for also wearing a mask while in our house, due to my dad’s immunocompromised condition. Overall, very pleased with our experience.

My service tech was over-the-top helpful, on time, masked up, and ready to go. He was very informative while setting everything up, making sure I was happy and aware of how things worked, and safety conscious about how dangerous oxygen could be while helping me put up signs for oxygen use. Wished my last oxygen company was half this good!
