VA's Anti-Harassment and Anti-Sexual Assault Policy

Cultivating a Safe and Welcoming Environment for All

The Department of Veterans Affairs’ (VA’s) commitment to providing a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for all Veterans, employees, volunteers, and visitors. Harassment or sexual assault will not be tolerated at any VA facility and all who visit a VA campus should expect to be treated with respect. Likewise, we also expect all who enter a VA facility to treat others with respect.

VA is committed to a culture where everyone is treated with civility, compassion, and respect. Everyone should feel welcome and safe when doing business with VA.
