My dad’s technician came out to our home to get his new concentrator set up and deliver new tanks. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful in answering all of our questions, conducting himself in a professional manner with the highest standards of customer service. I am very grateful to our technician for also wearing a mask while in our house, due to my dad’s immunocompromised condition. Overall, very pleased with our experience.
