By far the worst company I've ever communicated with. 3 oxygen generators stopped working. Thank God my dad has a small portable as backup. Women on phone wants to argue completely incompetent . I would like to know the service history … More of the machines if there even is any. In my opinion this company should not have the government contract. Lady's I've talked to on phone seem rude and very incompetent.

Was a client of theirs for just over 2 years. Recently cancelled. Initially they charged me a co-pay after my deductible had been met then took 3 months to find the over payment and issue a refund. They even said they can't be bothered … More to check to see if they've done it to others. They just apply it to the next bill.
What got me to cancel was in November, it was time to re-order my supplies. I asked what the cash price was as we were dropping insurance for 2017. The woman very politely said "I don't know. You'll have to talk to billing, I only place the orders." Well... billing never called me until yesterday (12/29/2016). Almost 6 weeks after they said I needed supplies. They informed me they couldn't fill the order because they couldn't get my prescription re-filled.
I find this odd as I ordered the same supplies I needed off of Amazon back in November without a prescription nor insurance. Got the items before Thanksgiving for less than what Mid-Cities charged me ON insurance. $110 from Amazon for a 4 month supply of equipment vs $180 with Mid Cities for a 3 month supply.

If you value your health, avoid this company. Called a week ago, filter is plugged, can't fill portables and am breathing filthy air. Been one week and nadda, nothing, but was told a week ago she would send a tech out that day. UPDATE: … More CONTACTED BY THEM. THEY SAID THEY WILL MAKE IT RIGHT. So giving 3 stars for now.

They are the living worst. I have been trying to get them to help me for 6 weeks now. You should see my call logs. I have called then everyday and still accomplished nothing. They do not do what they say they are going to do. They don't … More document calls, so when you refer back to the previous call they say, "no one documented that call." How did I talk to someone there for 15 minutes, and NO ONE documented it?
I feel lucky that the supplies I need are not life or death supplies, otherwise I would die waiting for them to their job.

Do not hand over any money until you personally speak to your insurance company. I forked over $1724.00, in September and now in January and February they want an additional $1842.89; I've spoken to insurance provider which confirmed … More medical clinic is not submitting proper paperwork for claim to be paid. In addition, insurance provider has advised me that I have been overcharged for the equipment.
Trying to resolve outstanding funds on the account I got the insurance provider on the phone, they explained not all documents were submitted. Lady in there office would rather argue that she already did it instead of trying to help her employer.
