Health.mil – In addition to recreational screen time watching TV or a mobile phone, many working-age adults in the U.S. have jobs that require 8+ hours per day working at a computer, increasing body and eye strain.

Holding poor postures for long periods and performing the same or similar tasks repetitively are among the leading reasons for musculoskeletal conditions such as neck, shoulder, and back pain, as well as carpal tunnel syndrome.
