How to get IRS Form 1095-B from the VA

VA News – Starting January 31, 2026, you can view your IRS Form 1095-B online through your VA.gov account, which shows your health coverage for the year. VA provides this form to Veterans and eligible family members.

This update won’t impact your VA health care coverage or benefits. It simply changes how you get the form. Download your form online

If you prefer a paper copy, you can request one after Jan. 31, 2026, by calling 877-222-VETS (8387), Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 8:00PM ET.
