VA to Host National Day of Service and Remembrance for 9/11

VA News – VA national cemeteries will host a Day of Service and Remembrance on Sept. 12 at more than 140 VA and state Veterans cemeteries. Community volunteers are invited to help clean headstones and support cemetery beautification efforts in honor of the victims of 9/11.

Volunteers can register at Carry the Load to participate in VA cemeteries’ National Day of Service and Remembrance. All cleaning supplies and materials will be provided, and participation is free.
