
VA News – We all know we should make time to care for ourselves, but fitting it in isn’t always easy. Luckily, there are ways to support both your body and mind, and it’s probably easier to work into your day than you’d expect.
Caring for ourselves can start with something as simple as pausing and noticing our breath. Through practices like mindful breathing, we can begin to experience rest, comfort, healing, and growth.
Set aside 10 minutes to pause and simply be, giving yourself permission to stay present. For now, there’s nowhere else you need to be.
